This is an "informational/registration site" designed to assist parents who will be enrolling their child/children for kindergarten in the Cypress School District for next fall.

Please note that forms are suitable for printing to be filled out at home.  Completed printed copies will need to be submitted as a packet to the school within your attendance area. (Forms provided here may not be all inclusive.) Individual documents and/or enrollment packets are also available at all school sites.
